Texas Death Records | Erath County Singular Death.—The ten-year old daughter of James Dunn, who lives near Armstrong, has been having chills and fever for some time. The medicine give her seemed to check them, and, for several days she as a playful as ever, and apparently in good health. Monday morning, about three o'clock her mother attended some of the children, and noticed this one laying on her face, but did not disturb her. The girl did not get up when the other children did at breakfast, and still her mother did not disturb her, wishing her to sleep. Late in the morning, when an attempt was made to wake her, it was discovered that life was extinct. She was still on her face, and must have died without a struggle.
