However, if you prefer to pay by check or money order, please use our mail order form.All items are postage-paid, except on orders sent outside the United States. Texas residents add 8.2% sales tax. Book and magazine back issue orders are usually processed within ten days and mailed via Fourth Class (Media Rate). Some items may be temporarily out of stock or back ordered, but every effort is made process and ship orders within four weeks. Customers will be notified and offered a refund on any order still unavailable after four weeks. Otherwise, all sales are final.
