Martin, his wife, “the use, improvement and income of my dwelling house, Land, appurtenances . . .and “all my Estate, Real and personal . . .to sell or despose of as she may see proper.” At her death or remarriage, the estate to be sold and divided equally among “all my children.” Wife was appointed executrix.
