Last Will and Testament of
JOHN S. HAYES
Devise to son John H. Hayes, $150.00, and six grandchildren (the children of his daughter, Mrs. Lou Barton, deceased), $150.00, less $50.00 which has been paid to the said Mrs. Barton, deceased). The remaining $100.00 is to be equally divided between the six grandchildren: Permilla J. Stephenson, James A. Barton, William H. Barton, Sarah E. Barton, Cecil Barton, and Sherrod H. Barton. Son Andrew W. Hayes, $150.00, less $100 which has been paid. Son James L. Hayes, $150.00, less $25.00 which has been paid. To daughter, Martha L. Hayes, $150.00, less $50.00 which has been paid. To son Robt. J. Hayes, $150.00 which has been paid in full. To grandson, Oscer H. Hood, $150.00, "less $50.00 which has been paid to his mother, Mary Hood, who is my deceased daughter." To daughter Lou Conda Robins, $150.00, less $50.00 which has been paid. To son Jerry M. Hayes, $150.00. To daughter Alma M. Sloan, $50.00, less $50.00 which has already been paid. To son Azor M. Hayes, $150.00 less $100 which has already been paid. Daughter Martha L. also to receive one half of dwelling house being the west half of said house and also that part of the west half other of a township tract. Jerry M. Hayes and son-in-law R. J.
