J. Files, A. L. Files, Mildred A. Hayez, R M Files, Cornelia Files, Francis Boshell, and the heirs of my daughter Catherine Stevenson, “and to the heirs of any of my said children, should they die before me, . . .the remainder of all of my real and personal property of whatever description including any monies on hand . . .from and after the death of my beloved wife Mary. The children are to divide the property equally, but the grandchildren are to take “only the share to which my son or daughter, as they case may be, would have been entitled.” D. J. and A. L.
