To wife Annie Paul Goldthwaite, “all property, both real and personal of which I may die seized and possessed, or in any wise entitled.” Wife is appointed executrix. (Signed) Robert Goldthwaite. Witnesses: S. B. Marks, Jr., and R. E. Seibels. 28 August 1894. Recorded 16 February 1903.
