Last Will and Testament of

THOMAS PRICE of Horse Creek



Unto beloved son, John Price, a deaf mute, the sum of $4,000.00. Executor is requested to serve as guardian for son John and post bond. After the payments of debts, all real and personal property, "wherever situated, in Alabama, Pennsylvania and elsewhere," is to be sold, the proceeds of which are to be divided among sons William R. Price, Frank Price, Charles Price, beloved daughter Jane Davis (wife of John C. Davis), son John Price, and the children or heirs of deceased daughter Mattie Strohur [?]. Joseph H. McGuire appointed executor. (Signed) Thomas Price, 22 November 1897. Witnesses: J. J. Davidson and R. H. Palmer. Recorded 11 July 1898.
