DEACON E. MARTIN, a pillar in the Goshen church, was born in Missouri in 1843. In the year 1868 he was baptized by Elder John McClain. During the war he was a soldier on the Texas frontier about three years. He has been Board member of his church from its organization to the present time. His home is near McGregor, on South Bosque.
