PETER MOMANY, born March 12, 1827, in Ottawa County, Ohio. Enlisted with the 100-day men in 130th Ohio Infantry, and served in the Civil War. He has been twice married. His parents were Anthony and Angeline Momany, with whom he came to Oregon Township in 1836. He married his present wife, Ann Ward, February 4, 1862. Her parents settled in Wood County in 1818.
