PASSING AWAY OF MRS. L. E. SEAMAN.

Mrs. Stella Myrtle Seaman, wife of L. E. Seaman, passed away at ten o’clock on Wednseday evening, January 27th, at the family home on Northwest Sixth Street. The funeral service will be held Friday afternoon at the First Presbyterian Church of which she was a member beginning at three o’clock, the funeral service following in Elmwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Seaman was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John W. McCracken, was boprn on November 17th, 1662, in Springtown. She had lived in Mineral Wells, however, for some 35 years, and it was here that she became the wife of L. E. Seaman, president of the City National Bank. She is survived by her husband, her mother, Mrs. Bettie McCracken of this city, nine children and one sister, Mrs. R. V. Lindsey and two brothers, Than and John R. McCracken. Her children are: Mrs. Bettie Lou Ross, L. E Seaman, Jr. , Joe, Maude Lee, Than Doss, Woodrow, Frances, Helen and Veto Mae Seaman.

Mrs. Seaman has been in ill health for some time but her death was quite sudden and came in the nature of a great shock to her family.
