THOMAS RUSSELL, born in Stark County, Ohio, April 27, 1833. When 14 years old came to Lucas County; settled at Swan Creek. Moved to his present home in 1856. Married Jemima Wiley in 1854. Seven children have been born to themfive living. Mr. Russell has been Trustee, School Director, and at present is Supervisor. In politics he is a Republican.
