WILLIAM A. PARKER, born March 21, 1821, in Steuben County, New York, remained there until 1868, when he removed to Swanton, where he has resided ever since. Married, Nov. 17, 1857, Mary M. Gillett, who died February 17, 1884. The result of their marriage was Flora A. and Elmer S. Mr. Parker is a farmer.
