Mrs. Shelby lives at 1100 Forest Lane, Anniston, Ala. She is a native of Bowling Green, Ky. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Coley. She married Aug. 22, 1928 in Bowling Green. She is the mother of two daughters, one sixteen, the other twelve. She has one brother and two sisters. She is a member of the Presbyterian Church and the Progressive Study Club.
Her schooling was received from Bowling Green High School, Western Kentucky State College, Peabody, and Bowling Green College of Commerce. She is a high school teacher and her husband is an accountant.
